    We offer exchanges or store credit within two weeks from the date you receive your order. Please note that sale items and custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

    To initiate an exchange, please contact hollie@holliewatman.com with your order number, name, and reason for return. Please ensure that the exchanged item is safely and securely packaged and includes a note with your order number, name, email, address, and the style number of the item you want to exchange.

    Once we receive your item, we will ship the replacement item to you. If the cost of the replacement item is lower than your original selection, we will issue a store credit. If the cost of the replacement item is higher than your original selection, we will need to process the balance.

    To begin a store credit, please contact hollie@holliewatman.com with your phone number, name, and email. We will send you a confirmation email as soon as your exchange or store credit has been processed.
